Q&A
what happens after we book?
1. You’ll receive a confirmation of booking
2. 5 days before your event you’ll receive all links for Covid and a call to confirm your theme and decor options
3. All information will be communicated via email or text messages
4. 2 phone calls before the event one at the time of booking and one 5 days before your event to confirm your event and details.
5. All deposit and payment confirmation will be available to you by email or in person
1. All attendees will need to have face shields on at all time.
2. No one will be allowed in after the door is locked.
3. A covid waiver and face shields will be checked by staff before anyone is allowed inside.
4. Upon arrival you are to call or text and wait in your car for the rest of your guests if they are not accompanying you.
5. for additional decorations and food please drop the off 24 hours before your event or they won’t be allowed in the spa on the day of the event.
6. Please send a confirmation text on the day of the party to confirm all guests are available and will be attending.
7. If you suspect anyone or yourself has symptoms of covid-19 please call and cancel your party and your payment will be safe for 24 months.
DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OR MAY HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE SICK!!!
